I use a wide variety of skill-building approaches (CBT, EFT, IFS, etc) to help empower and motivate my clients to achieve their therapeutic goals and embrace positive change. I encourage self compassion, self awareness, boundaries, personal growth, healthy relationships, acceptance, and humility. I see clients in person and through online video teletherapy.

I believe that therapy can help people with a wide range of challenges, traumas, psychological illnesses and transitional periods.
